Which one suits your counter
The honest version: if you want a PIN pad or you use an iPhone, buy the WisePad 3. If you have an Android phone with NFC and contactless is enough, use Tap to Pay. If you want a fixed reader on the counter with a screen facing your customer, take the T600. If you also want the Hub and 12 months of Starter included, get the shop kit.
All three give the same digital receipt: the customer scans a QR code to save or share it.

Cheap readers are often the ones with the worst rate. Ours cost what they cost, and the cut we take is the same whichever one is in your hand.

Install the app, sign in, pair the reader over Bluetooth from the app, take a test payment.

The reader comes on its own, with no bundled extras you did not ask for.
Questions about the hardware
Is the reader mine or am I renting it?
Yours. You buy it once. If you cancel the account the reader is still your property — we do not ask for it back.
What if it breaks?
It carries the manufacturer warranty. Hardware comes back only if it is defective; then we repair or replace it under warranty. Get in touch through the help centre to start.
Can I use a reader I already own?
If it is a Bluetooth Stripe reader registered to your account, usually yes. Send us the model through the help centre and we will confirm.
How many readers can one account run?
As many as you like. The €5 is per shop, not per device, and the app installs on every phone or tablet you own. The €5 plan covers up to 30 card payments a month per shop.
When does shipping cost nothing?
When you buy a reader together with the plan, on the shop kit, and on orders with €1,000 or more of readers.
